High‑burst‑strength PP woven dunnage air bag targets wide‑void heavy‑cargo bracing for full‑container‑load shipments. Outer woven‑polypropylene material withstands frequent friction against container‑wall surface. Multi‑layer PA‑PE inner‑membrane guarantees air‑tight‑performance under maximum‑allowed‑working‑pressure. All AAR‑grades L0‑L5 are available for different‑load‑levels. Customers can pick traditional‑10 mm‑valve or ProAir 30 mm‑high‑flow‑valve with combined‑cap‑handle‑parts. Stock‑standard‑sizes‑available;‑special‑large‑dimensions‑can‑be‑custom‑produced.‑Four‑step‑QC‑includes‑raw‑material‑inspection,‑online‑inner‑film‑full‑check,‑finished‑product‑random‑sampling‑and‑batch‑burst‑test.‑Printing‑supports‑logo,‑warning‑pictogram‑and‑batch‑code.‑Fit‑for‑securing‑steel‑coils,‑construction‑machinery‑and‑bulk‑pallet‑goods‑in‑sea‑container,‑rail‑boxcar‑and‑over‑the‑road‑trailer.
- Guide to safe inflation and deflation of container dunnage air bags
- Check void space and cargo first. Measure gaps between cargo pallets. Remove sharp burrs, nails and protrusions that can puncture the bag. Position the air bag at the center of the gap.
- Adjust bag placement. Match the height: bag top level with or slightly over cargo top. Never place it directly on bare floor against sharp pallet edges, unless protective lining is applied.
- Connect pneumatic inflation tools. Fasten the inflator gun or air hose to the bag’s inflation valve. Set air compressor pressure not to exceed the manufacturer’s PSI rating.
- Inflate until proper tightness. Monitor PSI while pumping. Stop inflating when the bag fills the void tightly and locks cargo against container walls. It should be firm to touch and not bulge out.
- Deflate for unloading. At destination, remove valve cap or push the release part to rapidly discharge air.
- Fold and store reusable bags. Fully empty the air bag. Fold or roll it carefully, store in dry environment. Make sure zero residual air remains before storage.
