Product Details
Paper corner protectors are manufactured using:
- Kraft paper – multiple plies (usually 6 to 15 layers) of high‑quality kraft paper, often with a basis weight of 150–300 g/m² per layer.
- Water‑based or starch‑based adhesive – bonds the layers together to form a solid, rigid structure.
- Optional coatings – moisture‑resistant, flame‑retardant, or anti‑slip treatments can be applied for special applications.
The production process involves unwinding paper rolls, applying adhesive, laminating them under pressure, and then slitting and cutting to the required dimensions. The final product is a strong, angle‑shaped profile with a smooth or textured surface.
