JahooPak LLDPE stretch film is professional pallet wrapping packaging material developed for global export logistics, warehouse turnover and freight transportation, manufactured with 18 years packaging factory experience. The core raw material is brand-new linear low-density polyethylene, which endows the film excellent elastic stretch, tear resistance and self-adhesive performance.

We divide stretch film into two mainstream series: hand stretch film and machine stretch film. Hand rolls are lightweight and portable for small factories, retail warehouses and temporary packing; machine rolls match all standard automatic wrapping machines to realize unmanned high-speed pallet packaging, saving massive labor cost. Our thickness range covers 15mic to 35mic to satisfy different load requirements: thin 15–20mic for light carton batches, thick 26–35mic for heavy machinery, brick and metal pallet loads. Standard roll width is 250mm and 500mm, any special width and roll length can be customized as client’s drawing.

Every roll adopts 3-inch standard paper core, uniform winding without offset or loose layers. Our factory implements strict QC standards, testing tensile force, impact resistance, tackiness and fog value one by one before shipment to eliminate inferior thin film with easy breakage or weak stickiness. The transparent film keeps goods visible after wrapping, convenient for customs inspection and warehouse stocktaking without unwrapping. It can effectively isolate moisture, dust and seawater mist, solving the damp carton, rust metal problems of cross-border sea freight.

Custom thermal printing service is available when order quantity reaches 2000KG, you can print company logo, serial numbers, handling reminders and barcode marks on film surface to realize branded cargo management.
