How it Works

They consist of an inflatable internal Polyethylene (PE) bladder and a heavy-duty outer shell (typically made of Kraft paper or Woven Polypropylene).

During the loading process, these uninflated bags are inserted into the empty spaces (voids) between pallets or between the cargo and the container walls. Once in place, they are rapidly inflated with compressed air. The expanding bag gently wedges the cargo tightly against the sides of the vehicle, creating a solid brace that eliminates movement and absorbs multi-directional shocks.
