How White Slip Sheets Work
Using a white slip sheet requires a forklift equipped with a push-pull attachment or slip sheet attachment. The process is straightforward:
The slip sheet is placed on a flat surface, and products are stacked evenly on top
The load is secured with stretch wrap, straps, or adhesive to prevent shifting
The forklift operator positions the push-pull clamp over the slip sheet’s extended lip (tab)
The clamp grips the tab and pulls the slip sheet (with the load) onto the forklift’s platform
To unload, the forklift pushes the slip sheet off onto the ground or rack
The push-pull attachment uses a platen to push and pull loads while a gripper secures the lip of the slip sheet, making material handling efficient and cost-effective.
