PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
A slip sheet is a thin, flat pallet-sized sheet used as an alternative to traditional wooden or plastic pallets for shipping and storing goods. Typically made from heavy-duty kraft paper, corrugated fiberboard, HDPE plastic, or polypropylene (PP), it measures only 0.5 to 1.5 mm thick but is engineered to support loads up to 1,500 kg or more.
Unlike bulky pallets that add height, weight, and cost to every shipment, a slip sheet features one or more pull tabs (lips) that extend beyond the load. When used with a forklift equipped with a push-pull attachment, the tabs allow the forklift to grip, pull, and push the load onto its platens without requiring a pallet opening.
Slip sheets are widely used in high-volume, one-way shipping environments such as consumer goods, beverages, food, and pharmaceuticals, where reducing freight costs, storage space, and packaging waste are top priorities.
