PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
Step 1:
Set the Protector Lay the R-profile paper edge protector alongside easily damaged edges, corners and stacking seams of palletized cargo. Adjust the direction vertically or horizontally to fit different packaging requirements.
Step 2:
Lock by Strapping Use stretch wrap, adhesive tape, plastic strapping or metal banding to fix the protector. Run these packing supplies right across the surface of the paper guard.
Step 3:
Evenly Disperse Pressure Make sure the strapping bands sit firmly on the middle section of the protector. Uniform pressure distribution keeps the strap from cutting or marking the product exterior.

ABOUT THE SUPPLIER
One distinctive feature of the JahooPak R frame profile is that it can be produced with maximum two slashes. These slashes allow the frame to bend around pallet corners neatly, creating a protective frame that follows the cargo outline closely. The two slash design balances flexibility with rigidity, so the frame is easy to assemble on site yet firm enough to hold the load. It makes packaging faster and more convenient for packers. By combining clean bending with strong corner support, the R frame profile is a practical and economical choice for palletized cargo protection in transport and storage.
