- Before inflation, place the air bag vertically into the middle of the cargo gap, ensure the bag body is flat and not twisted, and avoid sharp edges of cargoes directly touching the bag surface to prevent puncture.
- Strictly control inflation pressure: do not over-inflate, stop inflating once the bag fully fills the gap and tightly supports the cargoes; over-inflation will cause bag rupture and cargo damage.
- Do not use damaged or deformed air bags: check the bag body, seams and inflation valve before use, discard any bags with cracks, holes or air leakage to avoid safety hazards.
- For reusable PP woven air bags, clean and dry the bag body after use, store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to extend service life.
- Kraft paper air bags are disposable and not recommended for repeated use; they are not waterproof, so avoid contact with water or damp environments during use and storage.
- During transportation, regularly check the air tightness of the bags for long-distance shipments; if slight air leakage is found, properly supplement air in time to maintain cargo stabilization.
- Do not place the air bag at the bottom of heavy cargoes, and do not use it as a lifting tool or support tool for heavy machinery, only for void filling and cargo fixation.
