Made of high-strength polyester woven fiber, this strap delivers outstanding tensile and impact resistance. It absorbs alternating tension caused by bumps during long-distance transit, avoiding brittle fracture that commonly occurs on steel straps and removing safety hazards from sharp broken edges.
With tightly arranged inner fiber core and smooth outer protective layer, it features waterproof, salt spray resistant and anti-corrosion properties. It will not rust or leave stains on goods even under high-humidity sea freight or outdoor storage with drastic temperature changes. This composite cord strap covers a complete range of load grades. Available widths include 13mm,16mm,19mm,25mm,32mm, with system tension ranging from 480KG up to 2600KG, suitable for light pallet consolidation as well as ultra-heavy cargo reinforcement. We keep stock for all standard sizes. Custom surface options are available including smooth finish or embossed anti-slip texture. It locks with galvanized wire buckles and works with manual tensioners.
